Mama Guesthouse – 40-45 USD per night (sweet family-run place. A few blocks away from restaurants/bars but nice and friendly service)
Mann Myanmar Inn- 40 USD per night (a bit quirky but good location. staff not particularly friendly but rooms huge and my friends always enjoy it)
Ostello Bello- has dorm rooms and private rooms so price varies- it is a ’boutique’ hostel that aims to be a social gathering point as much as a hostel. Rooms are good, very clean, good location.
Dreamland – dorms and private- part art gallery/school and part hotel. Super friendly staff. On a busy street but not far from the action.
There are a lot more cheaper options on the western side of town. They are not bad its just a busier side.
